Numbers (2017): Exporting a Single Sheet as PDF

Hi,

I could not find any answer to this so I thought I should post here.

How do you export a single sheet to PDF? In my Numbers file, I have a few sheets and I only want to show one sheet to my friends. But I'm unable to find that option.

Anyone has any solution?

Hi daxiusling

Instead of Menu > File > Export To, use Menu > File > Print... (command p)

In Print Setup, click on Print: > This Sheet

User uploaded file

Bottom Right, click on the Print... button to see the print dialogue

User uploaded file

Bottom left, click on the PDF Pop-Up Menu

Try those options and please call back with questions.

Ian.

Hi d'

You should be able to accomplish this by Printing the sheet to PDF.

Press command-P to open Print Setup.

In the bottom right corner of the window, you'll see these two radio buttons:

User uploaded file

Choose "This Sheet", then click Print.

In the Print dialog, look to the bottom left corner for the PDF button.

Click the button and choose either of the first two options.

User uploaded file

The first will show you the result in Preview, where you can view it before saving.

The second will open the Save dialogue, where you can name the pdf document and choose where to save it.

Further down the list, Mail PDF will open a new message in Mail, and attach the pdf document to that message, ready to address and send.

Regards,

Barry
