is it ok to leave the phone on charger ?
Is it ok to leave the phone on charger pad even if the battery is full or is it bad to put on the pad while battery above 50% ?

You can charge at any time, for any amount of time.
You can use the device while charging.
Do NOT deplete the battery to low levels.
