See the "Turn on iCloud Photo Library" section in:
iCloud Photo Library - Apple Support
Once you enable iCloud Photo Library on your device, the Camera Roll album is replaced with an All Photos album per:

You should be able to see them in the All Photos album. If that doesn't help, can you explain your problem in a little more detail?
