trying to backup my old iPad but asks for certificate renewal, then asks for apple password response tells me it’s wr but I have other devices are all ok. Don’t understand what initial steps to do first ?
Trying to get my ipad back in sync with my other devices. Messages I get asking for a certificate, plus doesn’t recognize my password, tells me that either account or password is wrong. I have other devices All work fine.
how to I add this older I pad back on to my account ???
