Mac mini 2017 high sierra 10.13.2 = unusable

I've update the mac mini now I cannot do anything anymore, everything freezes after a few minutes.

The main thing I notice is that the network crashes. Everything was working perfectly until the high sierra roll out.

I have to force quit everything to restart. Once I restart, I can only do a few things before it gets off the network and everything crashes.... Any body else?

Have you tried rebinding back to your Windows AD?

Nah exact same issue, the network dropped in mid-compile...............

Now talking to support. Will still document this in case someone else experience this.

Support has me reinstall the OS now.

Reinstalling the OS didn't fix it.

Now support tells me either downgrade or wait for update......................

So after further testing, the issue remains. It just takes more time to get there...
