I'm having issues sine upgrading to high sierra. My mac is not coming back from sleep or when comes back it's freezes. No mouse or keyboard is working and the only reaction is to power button. So I have to hard restart it to get it working. As impact to this action there are various applications I need to resubmitting license keys and all other settings goes off.

I don't know why no one replied to your question, but the fact that you need to resubmit license keys and other settings is bizarre. Try this also: Resolve issues caused by changing the permissions of items in your home folder - Apple Support.
That should be completely unrelated to the reason your Mac is failing to properly wake up from sleep. Follow each of the instructions above, but if they don't help then proceed with its last and final recommendation:
"If you still see the issue, contact Apple Support."
Hi,
I have followed all above articles procedures and now quite often when my Mac wakes up there is no keyboard and touchpad working. The only button does any job is a power button. I'm able only to hard kill the Mac which causing me further issues as I lost all unsaved date of open apps. Additionally I use PhaseOne's CaptureOnePro app which looses it's license activation settings. Please advice as my Mac was all working fine prior to upgrading to High Sierra.
