System Preferences; iCloud; Photos - Options...


My Photo Stream:


IMPORT YOUR RECENT PHOTOS FROM DEVICES WITHOUT ICLOUD PHOTO LIBRARY, AND SEND NEW PHOTOS TO THE MY PHOTO STREAM ALBUM ON THOSE DEVICES.
