i want to refund money that charged by Appstore

At 8pm (GMT+7) on 13 - December. My kid using my phone and unfortunately he did make a purchase on Appstore which we did not plan to do. This situation should be a mistake. We did not use any items which bought by my kid. So please help me to check and refund money on this transaction. Thanks a lot!
