Have an issue with my music sound quality?

On my iphone 8plus,the sound of my music in my earpods is lower than normal.I thought the problem was the earpods until I tested it in another IPhone 7. Everything works well. I think the problem come from the software. Someone please advise?

None of these techniques are not not helpful. Headphones works perfectly, speaker of the phone works well Its only the sound of my music in my EarPods is very low.
