Do you want the application “hasplmd” to accept incoming network connections?

Every time I login I get the message 'Do you want the application “hasplmd” to accept incoming network connections?' to which I click 'Deny'. Is there something I should look to uninstall to get rid of this message? I have no application named "hasplmd".
