i dont have a mac or windows but i keep getting notofacations why

i dont have a mac or windows but i keep getting notofacations why I had a iPhone 4 now I have iPhone SE but when I look through my phone I see iPhone 5,6,7,8,X and I also see iPod and iPad again I say why
