My Emoji Window is Not Working on Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.2 Beta 5

I tried to open the emoji window on my MacBook Pro, and I could not find any way to fix it. I tried to go through terminal, and the menu bar, and it wouldn't work. Can anyone please help me?

Beta issues need to reported to the developer forum and not posted here.

or by using the feedback tool if it's available.
