Apple ID verification page, where do I get to it, etc?

Recently I have changed my Apple ID email. I was sent a verification email with a code, but there was no link to the verification page. In the iCloud account settings in the accounts and passwords page of the iPhone settings, it says that it is needing verification and all the settings in that section are grayed out. Where do I find the link to verify my email and all?
