I tried the apple ID and it still requires me to buy the program. All though I could still open the content folder. I just cannot double click and open. I don't want to buy the program again. That is too much money spend. Help, please.

What content folder are you referring to?
Does the application appear in the Purchased page of the App Store? If not you’re not using the correct Apple ID that was used to purchase it from the Aop Store?
You are not making much sense. What version do you have? What is this content folder you’re talking about?
If you bought the application and are logged in to the App Store with your Apple Id, click on Purchased. Do you see it there?
