iTunes movie playing as black screen

So the last two movies I have purchased on my phone and then transferred to my iMac play as black screen in iTunes. I can hear the sound just can't see anything. The weird thing is if I airplay the movie it plays fine on the apple tv. Also the movie plays fine on the phone. I am using iTunes 12.7.2.58
