Won't print to HP when ink is only low
New to Mac and printer works with Windows device but for Apple device it will not print when supplies are all fine but gives a message that ink is "low"

If you are using HP's software that is likely the problem. I would recommend not using any HP software to connect and use your printer (which one??) . You may find macOS Sierra: Add or remove a printer useful however your issue doesn't seem to be a connection issue, it seems like it's an issue getting accurate information.
