I am not able to reset my security questions

I am using iPhone X. I am unable to reset my security questions, when I try to do it message comes that “we do not have sufficient information to reset the questions.” What shoul be done?

iPhone X, iOS 11.2

You need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to use it, fill out and submitthis form.

Hi Niel,

Thanks for your reply, I have already contacted Apple support team, They also told me that without security questions answer they are unable to proceed further.

I have attached the screen shot.
