Issue with the forget device on iPhone 6 with fossil smart watch

Currently I am using fossil smart watch and accidentally put forget device on my iPhone 6. Please advise what should I do now

Consult the manfacturer's directions for the Fossil watch to find out how to put it into pairing mode. You may also find such instructions in the app if there is one for the watch on your phone.
