the new screenshot tool has stopped working onmy iphone 7. Does anyone know how to turn feature back on or fix the issue?

I have been using the new screenshot thumbnail editing/uploading/sharing tool on my iPhone 7 since it was released. But it has all of a sudden stopped working. Nothing happened, no changes were made to my phone or any paired device. Please advise. Thanks!! Sorry
