i cannot download apps

i cannot dowload apps on my ipad

Hi, thanks for care, if I wish to download music, after typing a password to Apple ID, it says "I cannot connect to Itunes", however, Itunes is instaled on my IPAD, [10.3.3.] and I can open it, and see music offer for example. The password is correct, otherwise, it says incorrect password.

There could be a lot of reasons. What kind of error message do you get?
