MacBook Pro won't wake from sleep when plugged into a power source.

My MacBook Pro will not wake from sleep mode when it is plugged in. If I let it enter sleep mode on battery power it wakes fine. I have reset SMC and NVRAM, tried a test admin account, removed all login items, removed all startup items, safemode, and factory reset my Mac. Nothing has worked! Any other ideas?
