Move to the beginning of the clip via shortcut

I'm trying to adjust a movie clip.

1) I press the space bar to play the clip. What is a shortcut to go back to the beginning of the clip.

2) Is there a way of going back to the beginning of the clip in full screen mode?

3) Somehow I get just the clipped are to appear in the preview area. How did I do that?

In the timeline the up arrow key will take you back to the beginning of the clip. Is this clip from an iPhone held vertically? Looks like you have selected the crop button.
