High Sierra for my Mac Mini.

I've down loaded High Sierra for my Mac Mini, however the instal fails at 37 mins, now I am unable to boot up. How do I proceed?

Mac mini, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)

Try booting in Safe Mode, if that works continue or restart the install in Safe Mode.

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

If not, boot into Recovery Mode and reinstall Mac OS.

I would also reset the NV/PRAM prior to an attempted reinstall of the operating system, as sometimes installer files are stored there and can cause it to fail the installation again.
