iPhone / Mail Exchange Push Issue

Multiple users have reported issues with sporadically receiving delayed emails on their iPhones. Once they open the native Mail app, it then pulls emails that were time stamped to earlier times.

Here are some facts:

• We are running Exchange 2010

• Server is running WIndows 2008 R2 SP1

• This happens on different versions of iOS from 10.x-11.x

• The issue doesn't happen all the time

• The issue only happens on iOS devices. Computers running Outlook don't experience the same issue.

Any ideas here? Your help is greatly appreciated!
