Been using my iPad all day looked away for a sec and it was restarting like it had done an update and now has been stuck on activation page
Hi. Is it asking you to re-activate? Select WiFi and log in with Apple ID? This happens from time to time.
Are you able to complete the steps? It looks like a new setup, but there are only a few steps.
