My phone is glitching a lot and I just got it about 6 months ago. What do I do to fix it?

My iPhone 6+ has been glitching and freezing. I’ve tried restarting it but it does the same thing. It’s not cracked and I haven’t dropped it. I asked my friends if their 6’s were doing the same thing and they said yes. I’ve only had my phone for about 6 months. So this is really irritating.

In addition to the excellent advise provided by Madra31, I would suggest you try doing a restore before calling the Apple Store. To do the restore connect it to your computer and then using iTunes on the computer and restore it. See if that helps. If not it is time to call your local Apple Store to set up an appointment with them so that they can examine and determine what the problem is. They will tell you your alternatives afterwards.

As far as all of friends having problems that really doesn't carry much weight with me. The vast majority of the iPhone owners are actually seeing less problem rather then more.

I've had the same problem happen over the last two months or so. The phone acts like its haunted lol. I sit and watch the screen turn white, open apps, make calls, text people (does not send), screen locks, etc. It's crazy. I came here to see if anyone else was havying the same problem. Thanks for the advice...I hope it helps my situation. I don't want to have to buy a new phone. 😫
