Beats not recognized by Beats Updater
Hello,
I spent a long time with Apple Support trying to fix this issue, but we were unsuccessful.
I have Beats Solo2 headphones, and when I connect them to my computer to see if there are any updates via the Beats Updater, it says "No products plugged in".
These are the steps that I have tried so far:
Restarting the computer
Trying different USB ports
Using a different USB cable
Reinstalling Beats Updater
Resetting the headphones
Trying all steps on a different computer
Any tips on what I should do?
