Drying Marks Inside Screen\Mold?

Apple 30" HD CD, front screen has a pattern from sitting in a wetter climate for 2.5years, have picture of this, the screen works and can't see as much when typing this on it, but when the screen is darker to black like in movies and videos, screen is foggy around the edges and a pattern in the middle, question is there a way to remove the front screen and clean it, or does it have a protection screen in front of the monitor?
