Grey Boxes instead of Photos

I have an iPhone 6s and a MacBook Air Early 2015. I imported photos onto my iCloud Photo library on my mac and most of them showed up fine on my phone but about 10 of them are grey with a small exclamation mark in the corner. How can I make the photos appear?

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2
