If you purchased the $199 option of AppleCare+ with your phone, it will cost you $29 to have the screen replaced. You can do that twice. After that, it's the full charge of whatever the cost is to replace a screen.

Every iPhone comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary support. Why would Apple refund the cost of a phone you damaged? That means if I don't like my 2009 Toyota Corolla anymore, I should be able to push it off a cliff and have my entire purchase price refunded.

Warranties cover flaws in manufacturing, not damage caused by the user.

How can you order what? If you mean AppleCare+ it's too late; it must be purchased within 60 days, and the phone can have no damage when you purchase it.

Timing is everything for warranties or insurance. It would be the same as if you had no insurance on your car, but then bought it the day after an accident and expected the insurance company to cover the cost. Or not having medical insurance, but buying it the day after surgery. Neither will cover the incident since you didn't have insurance at the time.

At this point you'll have to bring it to an Apple Store. Or, if there isn't one close enough to you, arrange to have it sent to Apple for repair. Regardless of which way you do it, it will now cost $169. Plus, or course, any local taxes and shipping if you have to send it in.

As with any purchase and most any warranty, damage is not covered.

This would be your responsibility and cost for repair.

You cannot purchase Applecare after the damage. They do check for damage before selling you AppleCare.

i have an IPhone in repair and they said they'll replace it but o want a refund or gift card if I ask them for it will they accept my request

That would be user damage. If you purchased AppleCare+ with the iPhone, you can get it repaired for $29. If not, $169. Those are both Apple's prices.

And you broke it this week. It wouldn't matter when you broke it.
