I recently updated my laptop and now am unable to post photos on Facebook.. I can add photos in comments but not in posts.. It says File Not Found.. I'm at a loss.. any ideas?

Hi.. I've got High Sierra 10.13.1 I recently upgraded and am not impressed... Oh my gosh... I just tried to do it, after a weekend of failing, so I could take a photo for you.. and it worked!!! I'm not a ditz, promise!! Thanks for answering, I think it's ok now!!
