Export to Google Photos with Edited Dates

Hi folks, i have spent a lot of time editing dates on my large photo collection i my photos app on mac so that it is well organised.

I now want to to share my photos and videos via google photos with multiple family who are on a mix of apple and windows so google photos seems to be easiest way to do this. However when i upload to google photos the date they are displaying in is completely different to my edited dates.

Is there a mass edit tool which will encode my photos and videos with the dates i have adjusted them to?
