Missing iTunes music purchases

I recently became an Apple Music member. Over the years I have purchased a few albums from iTunes and have kept them on my PC. But due to some syncing issues when I moved over to Apple Music, I lost a couple of album purchases. They were either deleted or were merged with my iCloud collection. I can play them through Apple Music no problem, but the actual downloads are no longer there. There is no way that I have found to re-download these items without re-purchasing the albums. Is there something I'm missing?

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with your iTunes purchases. I am happy to check this out with you.

When you open the Music app, it shows your Library. There is a section there that says "Downloaded Music". If you tap on that, do you see the songs there?

If not, you can always redownload them without repurchasing as long as they are still available in the iTunes Store. Please check this help article: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store

Another possibility is that these songs were purchased using a different Apple ID. You can use this help article to view your purchases: See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store

If they are not there, check this article to help you find any other Apple ID you may have: If you forgot your Apple ID

No, they are not there. I have looked under the Purchased section on both my PC and on my iPhone. They simply do not appear on the list and are still available in the store but when I go there it just gives me the option to re-purchase, not re-download.

Yes, the music does appear in my purchase history but that does not allow me to re-download the music. My current ID is the only one I have ever used. I appreciate the assistance, but I have pretty much tried everything.

Same issue with me. I can see the list total for the movies I have purchased on computer, but the is nothing to click in the UI. It works on iOS, so Apple have a big problem with iTunes for Mac. I have been waiting for help since last iTunes update. Nothing. I have sent screen shots of issue. Nothing. I store movies and tv shows on a Mac, not iOS. It has worked until middle of November, and then broke. Awesome to see available downloads for prepurchased tv season that I cannot access on my Mac Pro.
