iTunes re-opens after I close it

Since the last couple of iTunes updates my iTunes re-opens within 2 or 3 seconds after I close it. I'm running Windows 10. I saw that people have had this problem back at least since 2012, but I have never had the problem until just recently. Any help will be appreciated.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 7.1
