Can’t open “Terms and Conditions” on iPhone 6S after updating to iOS 11.2

Recently updated my 6S to iOS 11.2 and after updating got the message “To use iCloud on this iPhone you must accept the new Terms and Conditions.” When I try to open the Terms and Conditions link nothing happens, the opening indicator spins in the upper corner for a couple of seconds but then goes away and won’t open. I’ve tried restarting the phone and signing out of iCloud but it still won‘t open and the alert is still there.

I am having the same issue with my iPhone 6s with 'terms and conditions' for on iCloud related to iOS11.2


Could someone assist as this is very annoying. I've fully switched off the phone and re-started it but there's

changes. When you agree to the term and condition, the indicator spins and disappears and this has to be sorted

I didn't have this problem before until I updated to iOS11.2
