Apple ID +update issues
I am trying to update Gmail, Duolingo, and Tiny Cards. However, when I click update, my mom's Apple ID shows up and asks for her password. I am signed in on my iPad with my apple ID.

Were you signed into your Mom's Apple ID when you downloaded those apps? If so, they are tied to her Apple ID. One option is to delete them and download them again using your Apple ID if desired. Another option is to ask your Mom to consider setting up Family Sharing.
