iTunes won't recognize the blank CD when trying to burn from a playlist

iTunes won't recognize the blank CD when trying to burn from a playlist. I am using WIN 10 off my PC, and this is the first time I have attempted to burn a playlist off this new PC and it reads the disc, and goes to the first track, and after 10 seconds kicks the disc out. I have tried several blank CDs and each has the same result, it won't burn on the disc. What gives Apple???
