Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It's my understanding that your cellular data on the iPad Pro 9.7 is no longer working when you updated to iOS 11.2. I may be able to help with this. I would start by checking to see if there's a carrier update: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Then follow the steps listed in this article if you're still unable to get cellular service: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
