Incremental iCloud backup

Can I do an incremental iCloud backup on my iPhone 8 plus

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11.2

Bear with me.

When you do the initial iCloud backup, it takes a while because it is backing up everything. After the initial backup, it updates files that changed since the last backup.


When you restore from that backup- it locks that backup file, and creates a new backup. Until you restore from that backup.


Same in iTunes. When you restore from the backup - it is locked and will not be updated anymore.
