iTunes isn't synchronizing with iPhone 6

Hi, I'm having difficulty connecting my iPhone 6 to the iTunes on my PC (Windows). A message shows that an error occurred, but the number of the error (0XE8000015) isn't on Apple's Support article. How can I fix it?
