Smarch bug - Month 13 out of bounds

Is anyone else having this issue? I am seeing it across multiple macs from 10.13.2~ 10.13.3 pb1

I cleared the caches, reset smc and pram, reinstalled the os on one. Reran the combo update on another.

It’s spreading to multiple processes. Windowserver,

Audiod, loginwindow, useragent, you name it.
