Did add my old balance to my new amount
got a new apple card when i redeemed it don't show the balance I had plus the new amount total ant ideas had 14.00 and added 50.00 and it only shows 50 not 64
Did you mistakenly create a new AppleID so you now have two? It is easy to do. As far as I know there is no way to merge them.
