Apple Pay Web Site login

I would like to know if I can, or how to, log into the Apple Pay Web site from Windows, using Chrome, to check what credit card I have set-up with Apple Pay on my Samsung Android cell phone.

What is name of Web site?What is navigation on this Web site to account details which will show credit card I have used when I set-up Apple Pay on my Samsung Android phone?

You cannot set up Apple Pay on a Samsung device as it is Apple devices only. However, if you mean your Apple device then you can go to https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin then sign in with your Apple ID. There should be a section that says Devices where you will be able to see the credit cards associated with your Apple device.
