Expired subscription

I bought one month of keepsafe but it turned out to be a subscription and when apple went to take out money the second month it wasn't there. And now I've tried cancelling, I've gone back to basic in the app. But I can't use my apple ID. Non of my apps will update without asking for a password and a payment source
