Flickr login problem from Photos

My Mac mini is on OSX 10.13.2 High Sierra. I recently decided to use Photos instead of Dropbox and have migrated my entire photo library to Photos. I have online Photo albums at Instagram, Facebook, and Flickr. I have no problem hitting share and uploading a photo to Instagram or Facebook but, when I try to upload a photo to Flickr I get a message to add an account. Then a box pops up asking for my Yahoo ID and password. When I enter them, I get a message that my User ID or Password cannot be verified. This is my Yahoo email address and password that covers all of Yahoo's apps including Flickr and works fine with the Apple mail app and Safari.

I see other complaints about the same issue as far back as 2011 but no solution.
