iPhone SE - Ref. dust in main camera
I've found dust in main (rear) camera of an iPhone SE.
How could have been happened ?
Has anybody ever had the same issue ?

It's my understanding that you've found dust inside the rear camera of your iPhone SE and you want to know how it could have happened. To be honest there may not be a way of knowing how it got there. My best suggestion is to bring it to a nearby Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to let them inspect the iPhone.
