Iphone7 11.1.2

Wont update to 11.2.1 on itunes

Wont update any apps when prompted

Just keeps asking for p/w to sign in or does nothing

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding that you've been unable to update apps and the software on your iPhone 7. I'm happy to help.

First, I recommend backing up your iPhone to protect your important content before further troubleshooting.

Use the steps in the link below to put your iPhone in recovery mode in order to successfully update.
If you can't update or restore your Phone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're able to successfully update, but continue to have issues updating apps try following the steps in the link below:

Phone wont back up itself, on itunes to cloud or to computer!!!

Thought bugger it, il loose my data and stuff-so tried to force a restore-nope wont do that. Tried it on the computer-again-nothing!!!! Its going into the lake soon and of the 8 apple products my family continuously use-i will now NEVER buy OR recommend another apple product again... glad some family members are due for a change to b honest!!!!

Why has this happened only to this phone and only since new ios 11??
