I just got a new iPhone and after very frustrating work to get all the info from the old phone to the new one, my ring tones (I created not bought) did not transfer to the new phone.
How can I get those tones to the new phone.
I have to turn in the old phone tomorrow for trade in so I need to accomplish this very soon!

Your old iPhone does not serve as the repository for your tones, or music, or anything else. iTunes (on your computer) does.
So get those ringtones backed up from your old iPhone to iTunes. Then see "Move ringtones from iTunes to your iPhone..." here:

Be certain you are using iTunes 12.7 or later, as this is required to communicate to iOS 11 or later.
