I’m using iphone 6 11.0.1 version i tried to link my debit card but declined

If I understand your post correctly, you're having trouble signing up for Apple Music because of a payment issue. I'd like to help.

If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store
