Hello, I have purchased iPhone X from Best Buy Version carriers and already paid full amount. As it was supposed unlock factory free sim, right now I do have unlocking problems and need your help with that!

If it is locked to a particular carrier then only that carrier can unlock the SIM (provided they are willing - not all are). More to the point, if you were specifically sold the phone as carrier unlocked and it turns out not to be, then the item is not as described and you should take it back and demand a refund.
